Ils sont toujours très gentils et prêts à aider, la directrice est adorable et connait bien son sujet et ils sont facilement joignables (pas comme certains secrétariats où il faut 4h pour qu'on réponde à nos appels...ici je les ai quasiment toujours eu du premier coup).
