On one weekend you will receive information about the natural birth process, about the puerperium and breastfeeding. You can exchange ideas and enjoy bodywork in a relaxed atmosphere. The right time to take a birth preparation class is around the 34th week of pregnancy.

CTG monitoring of your baby's heart rate and uterine activity If your pregnancy requires close monitoring in the comfort of your own home, I can bring a CTG (cardiotocograph) to record your baby's heart rate and uterine activity over a period of 20-30 minutes.
