Psychological counselling I have been working in psychology, clinical sexology and couple counselling since 2008. I am an accredited psychotherapist in the UK and Switzerland. I use a 3rd wave cognitive-behavioural approach, aiming for mutually defined solutions within a minimal time frame. Whilst I acknowledge and explore each person's origins and shaping influences from their past, my focus is on "the here and now" with the potential of future improvements. Having lived in various countries and having a mixed cultural heritage, I am comfortable working with people of all ages, cultures and sexual orientations. En visite à Genève j’ai eu le malheur de me faire mal à l’œil accidentellement. J’ai été impressionnée par la rapidité avec laquelle j'ai été pris en charge par une infirmière, elle a commencé à évaluer ma situation car je m’inquiétais. Après seulement 10 minutes d'attente le médecin est arrivé, m'a posé des questions et a décidé de réaliser quelques examens. L'équipe médicale a été à l'écoute et m'a expliqué chaque étape, ce qui m'a beaucoup rassuré. J'ai vraiment apprécié le professionnalisme et la bienveillance du personnel. Finalement, j'ai été soulagée d'apprendre qu'il ne s'agissait de rien de grave et je suis repartie avec des goutes et des conseils utiles. Je suis très satisfaite de mon expérience.
