Our tasting menu (5 or 7 courses) is ever-changing, shaped by the day’s harvests and the chef’s inspiration. No fixed menu, no pre-written promises – just pure creativity and spontaneity, grounded in what nature and our local partners have to offer. Everything we serve is sourced within a 70-kilometer radius of the restaurant – vegetables from our garden, herbs picked at the last moment, cheese from nearby farms, fish from the lake, and meat from trusted local producers.
