Service ponctuel et efficace. Le spécialiste a donné un devis raisonnable et identifié les insectes grâces à des photos (anthrènes). Il a traité les divers textiles et objets qui étaient affectés par ces insectes, et a donné des explications sur le service. Il a aussi fait un suivi après le traitement et donné des conseils utiles.
