Je suis la personne qui avait en premier lieu mis une mauvaise note. C'était en fait un malentendu. Concernant l'accueil exécrable au téléphone, après vérification, c'est une société externe qui s'occupe de répondre aux téléphones. On m'a dit qu'ils allaient remédier à ce problème. Concernant mon affaire, c'est toujours en cours avec des améliorations. Pour le paiement, on a trouvé un arrangement mais je déplore qu'à Genève, il est devenu si compliqué d'obtenir l'assistance juridique gratuite.
