Sie nahmen sich die Zeit, mir den Reparaturprozess zu erklären und beantworteten geduldig all meine Fragen. Schnelle Diagnose: Die Werkstatt führte eine schnelle und präzise Diagnose meines Fahrzeugs durch. Sie identifizierten das Problem zügig und erklärten mir transparent, welche Reparaturen notwendig waren. Transparente Kostenübersicht: Ich schätze die Transparenz bei den Kosten. Mir wurde im Voraus eine klare Aufschlüsselung der Reparaturkosten gegeben, und es gab keine versteckten Gebühren. Das ermöglichte mir eine gute Budgetplanung.
