As basic ingredients we use fresh, local and seasonal products, which we refine with pleasure in the good. The wines from our offer come from regional winemakers of Lake Biel. They are characterized by clarity, elegance and are very digestible. The selection is complemented with Lengen wines from Valais. These wines reflect the passion with which they approach their work.
