The new roof is not only isolated – but a photovoltaic system was installed with over 300 square metres of solar cells, which produces sustainable electricity of nearly 45 kW/p. New access road to Haus Azur. We have built a new private access road to our Haus Azur on the north side of the house. This means that from this summer 2024 you can get to our house with electrical car or handcart. "Azur" is located in a quiet and in the sunniest part of the village of Saas-Fee. There is a grocery store next to us. In a 5 minutes you are in the center of the village with all its different restaurants and shops. 5 minutes walk from the car park and 8 minutes walk to the cable cars. In the winter you can use the Allalino small train and skibuses for free. The ski bus stop is in front of our house. We have a free heated ski room for your skis and shoes, next to the slopes with shoe dryer. In the summer the cable cars and busses in Saas-Fee / Saas valley are inclusive.
