Services include: • Individual birth preparation classes — tailored to your needs, whether it’s your first pregnancy or a refresher. Topics may cover: • The final weeks of pregnancy • Labour, contractions, and birth • Welcoming your baby • The first days and weeks at home • Feeding (breast or bottle) • Preparing your dog for baby’s arrival (with a dog behaviourist) • Pregnancy monitoring — with or without a doctor’s prescription, at home, covered by basic insurance when prescribed. • CTG monitoring — comfortable at-home tracking of your baby’s heart rate and uterine activity (20–30 minutes). • Postnatal follow-up — at home, by appointment, including breastfeeding support and newborn care. Je vous recommande Ana les yeux fermés. Elle nous a accompagné pour notre deuxième fille et elle est à la fois douce et extrêmement compétente, impliquée autant pour le bébé que la maman et même le reste de la famille. Patiente, à l’écoute et vraiment experte. Bref allez-y et vous en garderez un excellent souvenir :-)
