Wir ( eine Gruppe von Wanderer des Segel Club Aegeri ) haben als kleiner Imbiss les perches avec des pommes frites mit einem Salat vorbestellt um zwischen einer Wanderung am Doubs mit anschliessender Bootsfahrt auf dem Lac de Brenets und der Besichtigung des Uhrenmuseums in Le Locle eine kleine Mahlzeit genissen zu können. Wir sind vom kleinen Team mit strahlenden Gesichtern und einer ehrlichen Freundlichkeit empfangen worden. Der Service war so perfekt und liebenswürdig, dass das hervorragende Essen doppelt so gut geschmeckt hat.
