Bildungsstätte Sommeri in Thurgau provides living, working and training opportunities for people with cognitive impairments. With over 150 specialists, we promote independence, social inclusion and quality of life. Our services include residential housing, supported work, IV training, external housing groups, job coaching and industrial services. Our animals are accompanied by us to the butcher in the neighboring village. Short transport routes and no waiting time at the butcher are very important to us! The meat is always frozen, unless we specify it as fresh (shortly after slaughter). In addition to our range of vegetables, we also offer a Demeter-certified organic line, produced with love and passion by the Horath family from Lengwil. In our farm shop, you’ll find fresh, homemade bread daily, and on weekends we also offer delicious braided bread (Zopf). Feel free to pre-order to ensure availability. Our homemade dessert selection changes weekly and includes various delicious cakes, pies, layered desserts, and cookies.
