Si seulement il y avait une 6ème étoile, elle serait amplement méritée… non seulement nos amis à quatre pattes sont reçus à la perfection, sans stress pour eux, les soins sont eux aussi parfaitement adaptés. Mais au-delà de ça, nous sommes aussi pris en considération, entourés d’ une extrême bienveillance quand la détresse nous submerge. Je tiens à saluer l’extrême amabilité de l’équipe entière à tout niveau.

MR Dupont c’est toujours bien occupé de ma chienne jusqu’à la fin il a été très pro et très humain et d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Il s’occupe de mes deux chattes siamoise toujours à l’écoute, rassurant et nous il nous donne beaucoup d’informations très intéressantes un des meilleures vétérinaire de la région, nous avons beaucoup de chance de l’avoir

Étant malade, et faible, je me suis rendue à la permanence de Sierre car aucun médecin n'était malheureusement disponible rapidement. Je suis reçue à l'accueil par une dame qui a été très à l'écoute, elle s'est rapidement occupée des papiers administratifs pour me permettre d'aller en salle d'attente. Très rapidement, une infirmière est venue me chercher pour la consultation Avec la doctoresse. Une fois de plus, le personnel médical a été d'une grande gentillesse, et à l'écoute. Je me suis sentie rassurée et entre de bonnes mains. Je tiens à remercier cette équipe médicale formidable, pleine de bienveillance.

Trotz Sonntag erreichbar! An zwei verschiedenen Sonntagen durften wir mit unserem Büsi und 3 Wochen später mit unserem Border Collie sofort vorbei kommen. Wir sind sehr dankbar über eine so kompetente und freundliche Behandlung. Sehr empfehlenswert. Heidi
