…und mit der wunderbaren Qualität des Hohrückens war das Sukijaki ein Gaumenschmaus. Ribeye wirds das nächste Mahl, noch saftiger in der Brühe. Ich liebe Jenzer!

Wir haben Zürcher Geschnetzeltes mit Rösti gegessen. Die Portion Rösti war großzügig, die Sauce sehr fein und das Fleisch zart. Der Tisch war schön gedeckt, sogar mit Stoffservietten, was dem Ganzen eine besondere Note gab. Der Service war schnell und ausgesprochen freundlich, und wir wurden herzlich von der Gastgeberin begrüßt. Sehr empfehlenswert – unbedingt rechtzeitig reservieren!

Einzig der Tisch in der rechten Ecke hinten steht "unter Vibration". Anscheinend ist der Kühltaum mit Kompressor drunter.

Wir waren am Ostersamstag zum Lunch im Berg 699. Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung, ausgezeichnetes Essen (Cordon-Bleu) und sehr leckere Dessertauswahl, Cremeschnitte, Torte della Nonne, Linzertorte und Schwarzwäldertorte, alle hausgemacht. Leider haben wir wieder kein Kamel gesehen :-). Aber wir kommen wieder, keine Frage.
