Located in Fornet-Dessous, in the magnificent setting of the Jura mountains, the Fromagerie Amstutz is renowned for producing exceptional cheeses. Since 1956, this family know-how has been passed down from generation to generation, with an undiminished passion for the art of traditional cheese-making. We use only high-quality milk from local farms in the region, to guarantee the authentic taste and unique texture of each of our cheeses. Among our flagship products, Gruyère and Tête de Moine, made from raw milk, are now Swiss AOPs, synonymous with excellence and tradition.
