Diamond uses a unique two-component connector ferrule, comprising of a high-precision ceramic ferrule with a titanium insert. This unique ferrule, together with Diamond’s patented Active Core Alignment process , precisely aligns the fiber core to the axis of the ferrule to reduce Insertion Loss values to a minimum. This special process enables Diamond to ensure high-performance in all its products.
