absolut edelster Käse sehr schmackhaft...man merkt halt einen himmelweiten Unterschied von industiriellem Käse und dem Käse von der Käserei Gais...einfach empfehlenswert.

Alle Grossfilialen sind neben dem “Dorflädeli“ klein. Was ich damit meine ist Folgendes. Das Personal ist freundlich, es gibt sehr qualitativ gute, spezielle und köstliche Produkte (auch die besten Biolabel der Schweiz wie z.B. DEMETER sind vertreten) und das Lokal ist sehr hübsch. Our animals are accompanied by us to the butcher in the neighboring village. Short transport routes and no waiting time at the butcher are very important to us! The meat is always frozen, unless we specify it as fresh (shortly after slaughter). In addition to our range of vegetables, we also offer a Demeter-certified organic line, produced with love and passion by the Horath family from Lengwil. In our farm shop, you’ll find fresh, homemade bread daily, and on weekends we also offer delicious braided bread (Zopf). Feel free to pre-order to ensure availability.
