Matteo Devittori (1972) was born in Biasca and is the owner of the " Devittori architettura sagl " architecture studio. After obtaining his architecture diploma in 1993 from the Technical School (STS) in Lugano , he gained several years of professional experience in various architecture firms. In 1998, he was registered with the OTIA (Ordine Ticinese degli Ingegneri e Architetti – Ticino Order of Engineers and Architects) . At the end of the year 2000, he opened his own architecture studio in Biasca and started working as an independent architect. In 2009, he obtained the "DAS Diploma of Advanced Studies in Energy Management" from SUPSI in Lugano. Since 2010, he has been registered as an REG B architect (Swiss Register Foundation for Professionals in Engineering, Architecture, and Environment). In May 2012, the studio changed its legal structure and became "Devittori architettura sagl." Today, the studio provides services for all phases of an architectural project , including both new constructions and renovations of existing buildings , always carried out with seriousness and professionalism . Additionally, it collaborates with other architectural firms, taking on part-time assignments and external mandates . In each project, particular attention is given not only to precise architectural planning and technical-construction execution but also to energy efficiency and consumption optimization , which are crucial aspects that should not be overlooked. Founded in 1969, after 41 years we moved from Piazza Stazione to Viale Stazione 30. We wanted to turn our business around with a new concept, modernising it to keep up with the times with a service that is always state-of-the-art. To support the sale, the workshop is staffed by expert technicians, with a quick service for any type of repair, audio-video installations, satellite, home automation, solar energy (photovoltaic), our motto "repair not throw away". We control your home, from lights, blinds, shutters, video, alarm (home automation), to speakers built into the walls, all with audio and video diffusion throughout the entire house (multiroom), a custom-made cinema room with or without motorisation. For more than 40 years, we have been offering our expertise in electronics, keeping abreast of technological evolution and keeping up with the latest integration techniques. In recent years we have crossed the borders of our canton, working for various customers in neighbouring Italy and the rest of Switzerland. We are experts in the field - our advice will also be innovative in the future. Planning and installation: We plan and install appliances according to your needs. From the selection of the system to cable preparation and installation. Specialist workshop: We carry out repairs with the know-how of more than 2500 colleagues. Of course we also offer service for equipment bought elsewhere. If the repair of a television set takes longer than necessary, we offer you a replacement. Disposal: The environment is very close to our hearts; that is why when we hand over a new appliance to you, we do not only take away the packaging box but also the old appliance on request. Naturally, the packaging and old appliances are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. Warranty extension: Upon request, we extend the warranty for the appliance you have just purchased. With cost-effective warranty contracts, you do not run the risk of paying additional costs in case of repairs. Rental service: We rent you our items for short-term use. Matteo Devittori (1972) was born in Biasca and is the owner of the " Devittori architettura sagl " architecture studio. After obtaining his architecture diploma in 1993 from the Technical School (STS) in Lugano , he gained several years of professional experience in various architecture firms. In 1998, he was registered with the OTIA (Ordine Ticinese degli Ingegneri e Architetti – Ticino Order of Engineers and Architects) . At the end of the year 2000, he opened his own architecture studio in Biasca and started working as an independent architect. In 2009, he obtained the "DAS Diploma of Advanced Studies in Energy Management" from SUPSI in Lugano. Since 2010, he has been registered as an REG B architect (Swiss Register Foundation for Professionals in Engineering, Architecture, and Environment). In May 2012, the studio changed its legal structure and became "Devittori architettura sagl." Today, the studio provides services for all phases of an architectural project , including both new constructions and renovations of existing buildings , always carried out with seriousness and professionalism . Additionally, it collaborates with other architectural firms, taking on part-time assignments and external mandates . In each project, particular attention is given not only to precise architectural planning and technical-construction execution but also to energy efficiency and consumption optimization , which are crucial aspects that should not be overlooked. This topic is addressed right from the conceptual design stage , where factors such as building shape, orientation, relationship with climate elements, and internal space distribution are carefully analyzed. Furthermore, the different aspects of professional practice are continuously improved through ongoing research and extracurricular training , as they are considered essential.
