Das sehr geschmackvoll renovierte Unique Hotel Fusio bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Zimmer sind schön und wunderbar ruhig, das Essen ist ein kulinarischer Hochgenuss und die Hoteliers sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich wünschen kann. Das Dorf Fusio ist äusserst heimelig und charmant. In der Gegend kann man wunderbare Ausflüge machen, zu Fuss oder mit einem der hoteleigenen Mountain Bikes. Ein Ort, zu dem man gerne zurückkehrt, ein Hotel, das man ins Herz schliesst.

A charming place where the Cassarate River meets Lake Lugano, creating a romantic setting under the shade of three majestic centuries-old plane trees. Here, history merges with the life of the people of Lugano, offering a new culinary interpretation that celebrates the past with a fresh and contemporary vision, using high-quality ingredients preferably sourced from local suppliers. On the banks of the Cassarate River stood the Osteria del Porto, which over the years has earned the title of "Antica" (Ancient). Its centuries-old history dates back to the nineteenth century when it was a landing point for goods from barges. An Osteria, yes, but different: in tones, colors, and signs. A menu proposal between innovation and tradition, with the lake and mountains blending and meeting in the menus of Chef Domenico Rezza. We accompany the dishes with a selection of local and Italian wines, served with care by our dining staff. And then the special occasions, the happy hours, the exclusive terrace for private events. Prima volta ieri sera in questo ristorante essendo amanti della carne. In due abbiamo preso le baby ribs alla bbq, una USA steak da 500gr, 300 gr di tartare di Angus e patatine fritte. tutti i piatti di carne erano guarniti con contorni e condimenti ed erano spaziali: le ribs tenerissime, la bistecca rosa ma non al sangue che si scioglieva in bocca, per non parlare della tartare, gustosissima. oltre alla carne che è assolutamente di prima qualità, vogliamo ringraziare tutto lo staff altamente competente, tutti gentilissimi e sorridenti. alla fine abbiamo preso una mousse al pistacchio ed una al ferrero rocher entrambe gustose ma non stucchevoli e poi ci hanno omaggiato di un sorbetto al limone artigianale, anch'esso davvero buonissimo. la loro birra weiss è molto corposa e non amara. Complimenti a tutti, dai proprietari, ai cuochi, allo staff di sala. Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare tutto il menu, quindi non cambiate nulla! Grazie per la piacevolissima serata! Laura
