2 jours aux Noisetiers dans un cadre champêtre. Un accueil souriant et professionnel, une très jolie chambre et le bonheur de goûter au jacuzzi. Je tiens encore à remercier Arnaud qui a fait fi de mes intolérances en me faisant des desserts improvisés. L'ambiance du lieu et des personnes est juste magnifique. Merci🙂🙂

Bonjour à tous, quel merveilleux produits de haute qualité fait maison, par exemple leurs croissants aux amandes, c’est de la vrai pâte feuilletée au vrai beurre, le goût et la qualité y est, même si il faut bien y mettre le prix, y compris leurs boissons, à mon avis c’est normal de gagner car tout est si cher en ce moment… les sandwichs, le pain est délicieux ! En pâtisserie par exemple le Caraïbe est vraiment super bon ! Bravo à toute l’équipe sympa de Yens et un grand merci pour vos délicieux produits ! Il y a même des glaces maison des flûtes au beurre etc… etc… Sincèrement je vous recommande à tous d’aller déguster leurs produits vous n’allez pas le regretter 👍

Wir waren am Samstagnachmittag um 16. Uhr im Tea Room und hatten einen Tisch reserviert für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Obschon das Tea-Room wegen einem Anlass in der Grand-Rue schon um 17 Uhr schloss, haben wir keine Hektik verspürt und wurden mit verschiedenen Glace-Coupes, usw. bedient. Die beiden Damen haben sich grosse Mühe gegeben auf die Wünsch der Kinder einzugehen. Chapeau. Wir können das Tea Room und die Bäckerei nur empfehlen. The establishment’s first Combières archives date back to 1857 when watchmaking was booming in La Vallée de Joux. We discover that the Hotel had been baptized "Hotel de France" in reference to the diligence of the postal service which linked Le Brassus to Les Rousses and which began its rounds at the Hotel. Over the years, many owners succeeded one another until 1982 when a fire completely destroyed the Hotel and its sixty-five rooms. In 1984 the establishment was then rebuilt in a completely new standard to participate, on its own scale, in the tourist development of La Vallée de Joux. Rustic furniture, warm atmospheres, every detail has been thought out to offer quality comfort to its guests, which will earn it its 4 stars. Its history changed in 2003 when Audemars Piguet became the new owner and renamed it “Hôtel des Horlogers” in tribute to the know-how of La Vallée de Joux. All the charm of the Hôtel des Horlogers was inside where the typical spirit of La Vallée de Joux was represented. No longer corresponding to the ecological and energy criteria of modern buildings, Audemars Piguet decided in 2016 - after the public auction of its furniture - to launch a new chapter by constructing a building in compliance with the most demanding charters of Minergie Eco.
