Lichtblick momentan Dres Lauer und Aebi, denen es hoffentlich gelingt das welsche laissez-faire als Führungsgremium in den Griff zu bekommen! Therapieplanung immer noch auf finanzielle Erträge erpicht statt auf die sinnvolle Behandlung, was machbar wäre! So werden Therapien einfach ausgelassen und trotzdem verrechnet! Fehlendes Feedback, wischiwaschi! Es gibt auffallend überragende Therapeuten, namentlich Alessio, Mylène, Viera, welche bezüglich Ausbildung und Interesse Patienten vorwärts bringen! Lichtblicke in einer Crew, die sonst viele Schlafmützen hat, beruflich unerfahren! Ein Dank gilt auch Cirill Grichting/Russel Maxwell für ihre Unterstützung in den Bädern! Das Essen ist nach wir unterste Kantine! Man muss sich als Deutschschweizer einfach wehren bezüglich adäquater sprachlicher Betreuung: Thomas/Verwaltung ist hilfreich! Und das Thermalwasser heilend!

In der Luzerner Höhenklinik in Crans-Montana wurde ich sehr höflich empfangen, charmant in mein Zimmer begleitet und dann aufgeklärt was auf mich wartet. Nach einer sehr professionellen Untersuchung hatte ich noch etwas Zeit für einen Spaziergang in der guten Alpenluft. Die erste Nacht war schwierig mit all den Sonden am Kopf und am Körper. Dies ist aber ausserordentlich hilfreich eine genau Diagnose zu stellen. Ich muss sagen, nach all den Gadgets die ich im Lauf der Jahre ausprobiert hab, ist dies eine andere Dimension. Seither habe ich ein Beatmungs-gerät. Alles läuft PRIMA. Dieses Ding hat mein Leben positiv verändert. Auch die Beratung durch Dr. med. Jean-Marie Schnyder und sein Team war sehr professionell, aufschlussreich und doch verständlich. Ich bekam die Hilfe, die ich seit Jahren benötige und kann dieses Schlaflabor in der Luzerner Höhenklinik allen Schnarchenden bestens empfehlen.
