Unsere Waschmaschine war Defekt, ich habe Miele Kontaktiert, und eine super Angebot Bekommen, dass in ca. 14 Tagen Jemand Zeit hat!! Da ist mir Giger in den Sinn gekommen 0,5 Tage Später war der Techniker da und musste ein Ersatzteil Bestellen keine 24 Std. Später war meine Maschine wieder flott. Wir sind seit über 20 Jahren Kunde und haben alle unsere Haushaltsgeräte von Wagner bezogen. Wir hatten leider auch schon ein teures VZug Gerät, welches kurz nach der Quarantiezeit schwächelte. Hier fühlt sich der Kunde nicht wie eine Nummer, sondern wie ein König.
