In my psychotherapeutic practice, I offer individual therapies for adults based on behavioral therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - helps you identify unhealthy, negative beliefs and behaviors and replace them with healthy, positive ones. Together we look for the causes of the problem and develop your individual coping strategies. The new ways of seeing and behaving that you will learn in the course of therapy will help you to deal with the stress in the long term. The costs of psychotherapeutic treatment are covered by compulsory health insurance. Billing with private supplementary health insurance is also possible.
