This can happen by simply receiving a massage, while meditating and also while being creative. Whichever method you decide to choose, they all will lead you to more self understanding, to letting go of old stuff and inviting new energies, to finding a home in the present moment. My approaches are suitable for adults as well as for teens and kids. Kids can connect with their roots when receiving a massage and adults can connect with their inner child while being creative.
