For over 50 years, Jean-Claude, Rodolphe, and Samuel (who joined the family farm in the early 1990s) have delighted our customers with their expertise in milking, cheesemaking, and aging. Now, the third generation — Romain, Benoît, and Xavier — is taking over to carry on the family tradition on the farm and in the cheese dairy. Craving cheese at 3 a.m.? Unexpected guests? We are the Budliger family. As a family-run agricultural business focused on fruit growing and suckler cow husbandry, we are committed to sustainable and regional production. Our vision is to bring high-quality food directly from the farm – and without detours – to the people. Through our vending machines in Gelfingen, Müswangen and Schongau, we offer not only our own products such as sweet cider, cider, jams, syrups and freeze-dried goods made from food waste or our own harvest, but also carefully selected specialties from small local producers. With honest farming, responsible food handling and short supply chains, we aim to contribute to a more conscious and sustainable way of eating.
