Praxis Wolff – Psychologe, Psychologischer Berater & Life Coach in St. Gallen

Ruhbergstrasse 36, 9000 St. Gallen
When inner stability and responsibility come under pressure

I work with people who carry responsibility in demanding life, leadership, and decision-making contexts and who recognize that inner tensions, recurring patterns, or ongoing strain are increasingly impairing their clarity, inner stability, and capacity for self-regulation. The collaboration provides a clear, protected space for precise assessment, deep reflection, and conscious realignment. It is intended for people who are prepared to engage with their situation in a nuanced way and to seriously address limiting patterns. It is designed for people who want to review their course before perspectives narrow and room for action is lost. This is not about traditional coaching or quick answers, but about a serious, analytically grounded dialogue that restores access to inner clarity, stability, and sustainable orientation. A structured psychological assessment forms the foundation for this process. It serves to precisely evaluate your situation, identify relevant patterns, and professionally prepare the initial conversation. This is not a non-binding introductory meeting, but a clearly guided clarification process based on that foundation. If you are ready to examine your situation in a nuanced way and to seriously assess whether working together would be meaningful, the following questionnaire is the first step.
