Chocolaterie Appenzell GmbH, formerly Café Conditorei Fässler AG, is located on the Hauptgasse in a historic building. Under the management of Ramona and Christof Koller, the finest chocolate creations and traditional Appenzell specialties such as Bärli-Biber and Chlausebickli are produced here. The café is normally closed in favor of an enlarged retail space, but opens on special days such as the Landsgemeinde.
