The "Rives du Bisse" winery was founded in 1945 by Gaby Delaloye. A teacher by profession and the son of a winegrower, he was passionate about vines and wine and soon began to develop his new career as a winegrower and winemaker. Over the years, his business grew and he had to give up his teaching career. Today, the winery's future is assured by the third and fourth generations.

It is the close collaboration between these generations that guarantees high-quality products while respecting the environment. The entire estate is farmed according to integrated production criteria (Vinatura).
