PRESENTATION

Cédric Flaction vinifies the produce of 10 hectares located in a fairly large area stretching from Sierre to Saillon. In other words, he works with plots located in a multitude of different terroirs, as Valais is known for its great geological diversity. He thus benefits from an optimal soil-grape variety match, as each of the varieties in his cellar has been harvested in its preferred terroir(s): Humagne Rouge and Humagne Blanche come from Leytron, and Johannisberg from Sierre and Chamoson, to name just two examples.

Uvrier: Merlot
Batassé (east of Sion): Fendant, white Marsanne, Pinot Noir, Gamay
Conthey: Païen
Chamoson: Johannisberg
Leytron: Humagne Rouge, Humagne Blanc
Saillon: Arvine

Our specialties click above:

• Torpâ Dry white blend. The sublime marriage of Païen and Marsanne makes this white wine a great wine for aging.

• Lo Grafion Red blend. The heady combination of Merlot and Tempranillo makes this red wine a magnificent southern wine with lots of personality. A superb wine that is definitely worth discovering.

• Lo Terôn A sweet wine made from Païen and Marsanne grapes. Completely botrytized harvest, delicately picked on December 18 at 157°Oe.
