My experience as a therapist has shown me that it is necessary to commit to several successive and closely spaced sessions in order to truly perceive the changes and benefits of the work done. The Envol program lasts 3 or 6 months. The pace of the program will be discussed during an initial appointment, in the form of a conversation, which I offer free of charge. During this meeting, you will be able to ask any questions you may have and decide whether you are ready to take this new Envol.

Once the pace has been defined, which will be two meetings per month over three months or one meeting per month over six months, you will commit to following the program and making the changes you want to bring about in your life.

Using my many therapeutic tools, we will decide at each session and stage which tool will be necessary to help you become who you aspire to be!
