The goal of my work is to support people so that they can be completely themselves while remaining in contact and lively exchange with their environment. This requires working with one's own consciousness, with the way one sees the world, with one's own history, thoughts, and feelings.

In my experience,recovery and development occur when people feel deeply touched inside—that is, when they are lovingly in touch with themselves. In such moments, major changes can be embraced with confidence.
