METHODS
Cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy with an interpersonal focus according to Grawe
This psychotherapeutic method is a further development of behavioral therapy. The method involves recognizing and changing cognitions (thinking), especially thinking errors and distorted attitudes. Unfavorable behavior patterns are replaced by more functional behaviors (e.g., through role-playing). In the interpersonal approach, the effects of dysfunctional behavior patterns are reflected in the respective relationship with other people. The approach focuses on a problem- and goal-oriented therapeutic process and promotes self-help.
Schema therapy according to Jeffrey Young et al. (2003)
Schema therapy is a further development of cognitive behavioral therapy (third-generation therapy) and was developed by Jeffrey Young et al. (2003) for clients who exhibit difficult patterns of behavior and experience in relationships that can make interaction with other people difficult. The schema therapy approach focuses on recognizing and changing these emotionally activated behavior patterns (modes) that are unfavorable in everyday life, understanding the underlying unfulfilled needs, and being able to fulfill them in the mode of a healthy adult.
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) according to Leslie Greenberg
EFT focuses on working through emotional processes in therapy and helps to transform emotional pain and resolve interpersonal relationship and behavioral difficulties.
"One cannot leave an emotion until one arrives at it." (Leslie Greenberg)

Supervision and self-awareness
Continuous supervision is an important component in meeting the high quality requirements in the psychotherapeutic treatment of clients and in the field of forensics. In supervision, cases from your own practice are worked on. You are welcome to bring video recordings with you.
Forensics
I also provide crime prevention treatments as well as crime-oriented and disorder-specific treatments in my practice. The latter is carried out on the instructions of the competent enforcement authority or within the framework of court-ordered measures for offenders in accordance with Art. 63 or Art. 59 of the Swiss Criminal Code.
I offer my forensic knowledge to authorities, specialist agencies, and professionals, as well as in police work, in the form of coaching, supervision, further training, and case clarification.
