WiFit

I studied sports at the University of Bern and then trained as a J+S tennis instructor, swimming instructor, and fitness instructor. After working intensively as a gym teacher, fitness instructor, and tennis instructor, I started my own business, WiFit, in 1985.

My motivation is easy to explain: movement is life! This motto has been with me since childhood: at the village fair in Habstetten, I pinned the future Swiss wrestling champion Ruedi Hunsperger on his back in the boys' wrestling competition. I went on to play hornussen, do artistic gymnastics, windsurfing, and paragliding—until I found my passion in tennis and fitness.

I live in the lively Länggass district of Bern. I feel at home here. In my colorful apartment, I relax by entertaining guests, making jams, and reading "Madame Bovary." I also love to draw inspiration from the city and nature: reinventing myself again and again is pure joy!
