With residential and care services in Thun BE, Winterthur ZH, and Valbirse BE, we offer people in need of care a home in a Christian environment.

We are committed to ensuring that life in old age is filled with quality, meaning, and joy.

Our vision

The name "für das Leben im Alter" (for life in old age) stands for our orientation and our program: Older people find a fulfilling, worthwhile everyday life in community, security, and safety—a home—through the right housing and care services.

As a Christian organization, the Bible is the foundation for our values, our view of humanity, and our actions. God's love motivates us, gives us hope, and allows us to live values such as kindness, reliability, respect, and patience.

Every aging person is unique and valuable and deserves our appreciation. They should be able to live out their lives in dignity and security in a natural way.
