Bopplisser Weinbau

Since 1997, Bopplisser Weinbau, led by Cees van Rijn, has been cultivating vineyards on the sunny southern slopes of the Lägern mountain. Adhering to strict Vinatura guidelines, they grow grapes for award-winning red and white wines. High quality is ensured through deliberate yield reduction on the vine. The wines are pressed in collaboration with Jürg Wetzel at the traditional Spitaltrotte in Ennetbaden before being bottled in classic Bordeaux bottles. The range includes Pinot Noir Auslese, Riesling-Silvaner (Rivaner), and the grape brandy Aqua d'Uva.
