I have been familiar with the ParaMediForm program for over 10 years. After my two pregnancies, I gained more and more weight year after year, so in 2011 I decided to seek coaching from Ursula Aebi. With a lot of passion and conviction, she guided me through the process of changing my diet, and after a short time I felt good again and reached my ideal weight. The follow-up care and support during the maintenance phases were also very valuable and sustainable.

Three years ago, I decided to pass on my knowledge and enthusiasm. In March 2020, I successfully completed my training as a certified health consultant at ParaMediForm in Lenzburg and was able to gain experience working for Ursula Aebi. On January 1, 2022, I took over the institute in Büren a. Aare from Ursula Aebi.
