Engineering

Thanks to our extensive experience and highly qualified employees, we advise and support you throughout the entire process – from the initial idea to prototypes and production. CNC milling

Our highly qualified and motivated specialists process your workpieces using state-of-the-art CAD-CAM systems, ensuring the highest quality and on-time delivery. We have virtually no limitations in terms of materials and batch sizes. WEFAG – complex milled parts in Swiss quality.

CNC turning

We are also your ideal partner when it comes to complex turned parts for large and small series. The 12-axis lathes we use create precision parts exactly according to your plans: turning, drilling, or milling – all in a single step. We manufacture your component from a wide variety of materials using our powerful, computer-aided complete machining centers.

Assembly

Another core competence of ours is assembling various components into special assemblies. As specialists in the field of valve technology, we do this in collaboration with our own subsidiary, Techair AG. This means you receive ready-to-install functional units from a single source – in Swiss quality and with WEFAG's reliable delivery. This allows you to operate even more flexibly in the market.

Finishing

Benefit from the advantage that our CNC parts and assemblies do not require any post-processing. We deliver 100% finished workpieces – including the necessary surface and/or heat treatments. This means that all workpieces can be used immediately in the production process.

From design to delivery – everything from a single source

As a full-service provider, we offer you all services right up to the delivery of the finished workpieces. Benefit from our comprehensive warehousing and logistics service. This shortens the distances between raw materials and CNC production – and allows you to continue producing reliably in the future. Whether batch deliveries or just-in-time production – we adapt entirely to your needs and work with you to develop the optimal logistics strategy so that the supply of our CNC workpieces or assemblies can always be guaranteed without interruption. The entire process – from component manufacturing to delivery – is monitored by our quality management system. Our management tools allow us to record, check, and guarantee our customers' quality requirements.
