Concrete drilling

Core drilling is a method for "quickly" and precisely creating

round openings in materials such as concrete, masonry, and other types of rock.

The drilling process is vibration-free and gentle on the surrounding material.

The result is smooth drill walls and hardly any dust, as water is used to cool the

diamond drill bit.

Concrete cutting

We cut cleanly and professionally with diamond saw blades.

Reinforced concrete or natural stone elements up to a thickness of 800 mm are

rail-guided cutting machines to create door, window, or stair openings

openings. Cutting is also often necessary when changing the purpose of concrete structures.

For example, room enlargements, elevator installations, or balcony

demolitions can be accomplished.

Concrete presses

The silent, vibration-free demolition of concrete parts using hydraulic

high-pressure presses is also known as hydraulic concrete demolition. The press cylinders, which are

previously installed core drill holes, generate a total force of

up to 1000 tons. This allows even thick components such as retaining walls, foundations, or

large boulders can be split and crushed.

Concrete biting

The demolition of concrete or reinforced concrete using concrete biters is suitable for solid elements.

These are crushed using hydraulic tongs and can then be easily removed.

The technology is relatively quiet and does not cause any vibrations.
