Welcome to our winery. Our family business in the Bündner Herrschaft region has been involved in agriculture and viticulture for generations. Today, we cultivate almost six hectares of vines and produce 13 fine wines.
Wine tastings are possible in compliance with current regulations, hygiene and behavioral rules.
The Polnisch winery cultivates almost six hectares of vineyards. Throughout the year, we tend to the vigorous vines in harmony with nature and are proud of our high-quality grape harvest.
The term "im Polnisch" is a field name. Its meaning is not entirely clear. It may mean "property of a person named Paul" or refer to "a steeply sloping meadow" or even be related to the Poles who were interned during the Second World War and built many paths in the region.
The farm is managed sustainably and in accordance with PER (Ecological Performance Record) guidelines, as we attach great importance to a balance between ecology and quality in our production.
