Among the most popular dishes are pezzetti di cavallo alla leccese, tender pieces of meat stewed in an intense and fragrant sauce, pasta with homemade meatballs, pasta with sausage and provola cheese, and spaghetti with seafood, fresh and enveloping like a sea breeze.
