Since 1986, Gewerbebauten TPC AG has been competently and successfully leasing and managing its own properties in the Kriens (LU) and Stans (NW) areas, which are ideally located in terms of transport links.

The locations and building designs of our commercial properties allow for a wide range of uses. In Kriens, we are located in the heart of the Lucerne South development hub.

As we are able to offer individual and tailor-made solutions (e.g., assistance with interior design) for our customers, we have an interesting mix of tenants.

The satisfaction of our tenants and the preservation and enhancement of the value of our properties are at the heart of everything we do. As a result, our tenant base has changed little over the years.
