The winery

A Dutchman makes wine in Küsnacht. No joke!

Our Diederik winery, named after the Dutch male name "Diederik," has been located in Küsnacht on Lake Zurich since 2014. Didi runs the business, actively supported by his wife Patricia (who, incidentally, is often the boss), his parents, parents-in-law, and occasionally his children. In addition to a full-time winemaker, a group of about six people helps out seasonally, growing to up to 25 people during the harvest.

This family unit plays a key role in the cultivation of the three Küsnacht vineyards.
