Who are we?
Flore Primault
A lawyer specializing in social and private insurance law, labor law, tenancy law, and occupational pension law, Me Flore Primault is currently preparing for an FSA specialization in civil liability and insurance law. She speaks five languages, including English, Portuguese, Italian, and German. She has an excellent knowledge of civil and administrative law. After working in a renowned Lausanne law firm while preparing for her law degree, she obtained a half-degree in psychology and a postgraduate diploma in criminology. She completed her training in Geneva, in a large law firm. After obtaining her law degree, she worked for almost two years at the Cantonal Social Insurance Court in Geneva, where she drafted judgments and developed in-depth knowledge of insurance law and the Swiss Federal Law on Occupational Retirement, Survivors' and Disability Pension Plans (LPP), as well as obtaining a CAS certificate in magistracy. Her part-time work at a major legal protection firm allowed her to round out her knowledge and hone her skills in advising a wide range of clients.
Franck Tièche
Attorney at law. FSA specialist in real estate and construction law. Mr. Frank Tièche also has excellent knowledge in a wide range of legal fields, including civil law, contract law, criminal law, administrative law, and insurance law. Perfectly bilingual in English and French, he studied in Scotland, where he completed a postgraduate degree (LL.M.) in intellectual property, then worked in Bern at the Office for Combating Money Laundering. He completed his training in Geneva at a local law firm and worked in a private bank, which enabled him to refine his specialist knowledge of business law. His knowledge of insurance comes from his part-time job as a clerk at the Cantonal Insurance Court for almost a year and a half. He also worked part-time as a clerk at the Labor Court of Broye and Northern Vaud.
