After holding a senior position in the Vaud administration, Isabelle Salomé Daïna opened the Lausanne office of a business law firm active in the Lake Geneva region in 2006. Jessica Preile joined the firm as an associate in 2017. Thanks to her hard work and skills as a lawyer, Ms. Preile left her position as an associate to become a partner of Ms. Salomé Daïna in 2022.

Trained at the same large law firm in Vaud, Ms. Preile and Ms. Salomé Daïna quickly realized that they shared many values.

Rigour, openness, honesty, transparency, and a constant search for innovative and pragmatic solutions for clients are just some of these values.

Ms. Preile and Ms. Salomé Daïna also share a constant desire to offer their clients high-quality services.

Convinced that this ambition can only be achieved by constantly updating their training and expanding their knowledge, they have both obtained FSA specialist titles, Salomé Daïna in lease law (2020) and Preile in mediation (2023).

It was therefore only natural that Salomé Daïna and Preile decided to set up their own firm in 2023. Salomé Preile Associées is a small firm with two partners, two associates, one trainee, and two assistants.

The firm offers specialized and cutting-edge services in the areas of expertise of its partners and associates. The firm's clients are assured of always having direct contact with the partner in charge of their case and of receiving service tailored to their needs.
