Villard Michèle

Movement is life.

First a physical therapist, graduating in 1991 in Lausanne, then an osteopath, graduating in 2005 in Lugano (Master's degree from L.U. de. S. University).

These two professions complement each other perfectly in my daily work as a therapist. Over the years, my approach to physiotherapy has been enriched by my osteopathic perspective, and vice versa.

Three years of training in yoga teaching has also given new life to my practice as a specialist and lover of movement.

Passionate about human beings as a whole and their uniqueness, I have also taken various courses in hypnosis, NLP, and mental health in order to maintain a holistic vision that is dear to my approach to caring for people.
