There is power in mindfulness

On my path so far, I have learned that you can enjoy and experience life much more intensely with mindfulness.
In this day and age, in which more and more performance counts in less and less time, it is becoming increasingly important to find a balance.
While I was allowed to tend, cut and build in many gardens, I discovered many encouraging little things again and again. Whether beautiful flowering borders, dreamy corners in the gardens or things like this heart in the picture. It's all incredibly valuable. I want to carry these positive, beautiful things out into the world and spread happiness.
