On my journey so far, I have learned that mindfulness allows you to enjoy and experience life much more intensely.
In today's world, where more and more performance counts in less and less time, it is becoming increasingly important to find a balance.
While I was able to tend, prune, and build in many gardens, I repeatedly discovered many encouraging little things. Whether beautifully blooming flower beds, dreamy corners in the gardens, or things like this heart in the picture. It's all incredibly valuable. I want to carry these positive, beautiful things out into the world and spread contentment.
