Welcome to Good Life Process

As a kinesiologist and bioenergy therapist, I have many years of experience in health promotion and stress reduction, sports and exercise therapy, project and process support, and holistic learning. I summarize my inner attitude and working method under the term Good Life Process.

Whether you feel overwhelmed, have health issues, suffer from a lack of concentration, are looking for a new direction, or simply want to achieve greater balance, I look forward to meeting you and working with you.

With Good Life Process, I accompany and support people in all situations in a solution- and action-oriented manner with great joy and interest in my practice in Oberengstringen near Zurich. My services are partially covered by health insurance companies through supplementary insurance (EMR, ASCA, and SNE recognized).
