We are a public, professional facility for seniors who require nursing or care. We focus on people and their physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs. In addition to high-quality basic services, we offer the following special strengths:

SENIOR CITIZENS' APARTMENTS

Not far from the Seniorama is the Richtstatt development with senior apartments, the Spitex Rutu base, and two commercial premises.

The Seniorama offers 17 beautiful, age-appropriate 2.5- and 3.5-room apartments as well as small studios. (See documents below)

Tenants can take advantage of the Seniorama's services where possible:

Meals: eat at the Seniorama or use the Menü Mobil delivery service (offer is limited).

Housekeeping: laundry service, mending, apartment care during absences, caretaker services.

Home activities: Participation in events at the home, where possible.

Services such as Spitex, hairdressing, pedicure, etc. can be purchased from third parties.

 

ADMISSION

Moving into a home is a significant change in life. We are happy to accompany you through this process. There are often preconceptions that can be dispelled with targeted information. Experience shows that new residents adapt well after a settling-in period and then learn to appreciate the advantages of living in a nursing home. It will be different from before. But even in a nursing home, there is still a lot of quality of life to discover and the good feeling of being cared for. Not to mention that many people in a nursing home suddenly have more social contacts than they did at home and enjoy participating in activities.

You are welcome to visit us without obligation. This will give us an opportunity to show you our home and get to know each other.

If you would like to register as a precaution, you can contact us and/or fill out the admission application. If you wish to move in urgently, you will be asked to move in if there are rooms available. Please note that we can only accept seniors who are dependent on care.
