Leyvraz Marc-Henri

At the head of a family estate with 500 years of history, I now cultivate 3.5 hectares located in the St-Saphorin and Dézaley Grand Cru appellations.

Seeking to develop my style and showcase different terroirs and microclimates, I am also focusing on oak barrel vinification and blending different grape varieties. My high-end wines have gained an international reputation, notably through the gold and silver medals they have won in international competitions recognized by the OIV (International Organization of Vine and Wine in Paris).

My two Chasselas wines, St-Saphorin " Tradition " and Dézaley Grand Cru " Sur les Abbayes®," are nevertheless pure traditional products of Lavaux, in keeping with the image and reputation of the region.
