Repairs & spare parts

When it comes to repairs, handy.ch offers an exceptionally good service. We make sure that you get your cell phone back within two days at the latest. We are often faster than that, but it depends on the difficulty of the repair. If the battery or display is defective, we may also offer you (or have to offer you) another solution, for example in the form of a new or different cell phone. This varies from case to case and is resolved individually. We offer you a great service. You can decide whether you want our express service, for example. For an additional charge, we can repair your cell phone within an hour.

 

COURSES

We show you how to use mobile devices and help you practice—it's easy and straightforward!

We often find that inexperienced or older people in particular have difficulties using modern technology. Not everyone is able to use a smartphone straight away. That's why we've decided to include courses for beginners and people aged 50+ in our program.

We offer these courses only for small groups or, upon request, as individual lessons. Learning in a small group is fun, and even more so among peers. This way, you can exercise your mind and meet new people at the same time.

Courses for beginners and those inexperienced in using mobile devices

There are people who have never used a smartphone before. We offer courses for beginners for this target group. Here, the necessary basic knowledge is taught and explained. The course groups are deliberately kept small. It is easier to learn together in a group. It is more fun and you learn from each other.

There's no need to be embarrassed about asking questions; after all, the whole point of the course is to answer those very questions. Everyone had to start somewhere when it comes to using a cell phone, tablet, or smartphone. On request, we can also set you up with access to WhatsApp, Google, or Facebook, for example. So you can stay in touch with your loved ones!

Course content

At Handy.ch, we ensure that important mobile phone data such as login details and passwords are stored and filed correctly. The course explains, for example, how to save a contact, how to write a text message, and how to make a phone call. Useful functions such as reminders and alarms are also explained. Our courses take place here in Romanshorn. The course location is also easily accessible by public transport.
